Tisa's Tattoo Festival at Tisa's Barefoot Bar & Lodge is one of the rare, popular social events of the year. Going into its fourth year, Tisa of Tisa's Barefoot Bar will be hosting her tattoo festival on the last weekend of October of 2008. (Oct 25-26, 2008)
